Dave Phillips

May 14, 2014 - Annual Luncheon at The Old Mill Inn and Spa

Dave Phillips, Senior Climatologist, Environment Canada, more affectionately known as "Canada's Weatherman" was most entertaining following the Annual General Meeting and luncheon. His insights following our most recent winter were engaging for members and guests who were introduced to the kinds of severe weather events ahead as one outcome of global warming.

Foursome
June 4, 2014 - Port Dover Luncheon and Theatre

A picture perfect day greeted members and friends who travelled together through villages and countryside en route to the Lake Erie shore at Port Dover. The famous pickerel lunch at the Erie Beach Hotel was delicious! Norm Foster's play "The Foursome" was a light-hearted comedy enjoyed by all as were the Hewitt's Dairy Bar ice cream cones on the return home.
